Welcome to Harunow! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Harunow application and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use Harunow?

Harunow is designed for small schools where students and teachers can write mini blog updates. Parents can view posts if they are part of the same school/group. Only students, teachers, and parents from registered schools may join Harunow.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure that any content they post is appropriate and abides by their school’s policies.
• Users must not post harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Content and Moderation

• Harunow does not monitor or moderate school posts.
• Teachers have the ability to delete posts by students/teachers within their own school.
• Deleted posts are retained in the database for 30 days and can be recovered upon request.

4. Termination Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if a user violates these Terms or engages in harmful activities. However, teachers have direct control over post moderation within their respective schools.

5. Limitation of Liability

Harunow is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data or deleted posts.
• Security breaches or unauthorized access.
• Content posted by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from the use of Harunow.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials within Harunow, including the app design, text, and functionality, are the property of Harunow (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of Harunow’s content without prior written consent.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of Harunow will be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
